CONTACT

Have you been thinking about getting in touch?

Here is what you can expect

Contacting a counsellor can feel a little awkward at first, and I think it helps to know what to expect. So here's what to do if you'd like to explore working together and how I get back to people who reach out.

   1.  Contact Form

First, please register your interest by filling in the contact form below. Let me know your availability and the broad issues you wish to address together. You should immediately get a notification that I got your message.

   2. Interest List

Once you're on the interest list, I'll do my best to find a slot that matches your needs. If you are in urgent need, please reach out to other therapists too as waiting times are very hard to predict.

   3. Email Contact

When I have an appointment available, I will mail you to suggest a possible initial session. If that still suits, we can iron out the details. in the meantime you can check FAQ's

   4.  Anything else?

If you have any questions you'd rather ask me by phone, we can arrange a short chat before confirming our meeting.

   5.  Initial session

Whether online or in person, our first session is for us to get a sense of eachother and see how we may work toghether.

 6. what next...

There's no pressure to continue after our first meeting, but if it feels right to do so, we can chat about our counselling plan and get started.

Fill in the form to register your interest

As a busy, solo therapist I rarely have immediate availability for new clients. I no longer keep a waiting list, as waiting times are hard to predict, but once you register your interest I will email you if/when I have a suitable appointment for you.
