The spread of coronavirus has been challenging for everyone but some may feel their mental health has really dipped. You may have noticed some of the following:
increased anxiety/ stress/ irritability
excessively checking for symptoms, in self or others; panicking about normal aches and pains
feeling helpless and unsettled
having trouble sleeping
having irrational thoughts

As many find their work and finances are affected by the ongoing pandemic, it is important to know what social supports are available for you. If you feel overwhelmed by stress, talk to someone you know or reach out to Samaritans or other online listening services. Once you feel calmer it'll be easier to take the practical steps you need to take to address the situation.
